Nothing hurts office productivity quite like a paper jam. Here are some tips you can share with users that will help keep their printers running smoothly:

  1. Don’t overload the tray.
  2. Flex, fan and straighten the paper before using it.
  3. Don’t load different types or sizes of paper into the same tray.
  4. Don’t load paper when it’s damp or wrinkled.
  5. Let the paper already in the tray run out before adding new sheets.
  6. Store paper away from humid areas.
