Nothing hurts office productivity quite like a paper jam. Here are some tips you can share with users that will help keep their printers running smoothly:
- Don’t overload the tray.
- Flex, fan and straighten the paper before using it.
- Don’t load different types or sizes of paper into the same tray.
- Don’t load paper when it’s damp or wrinkled.
- Let the paper already in the tray run out before adding new sheets.
- Store paper away from humid areas.
