Increasing number of systems support a wide range of access control keys, such as fingerpint and company card. This makes printing much easier. A further advantage is that a coworker has access to his documents on all the printers and non printed outdated documents can be deleted automatically after xx ours. This saves up to 10% of the print volume in corporate offices.</description>
