“More than half (51%) of IT managers say a lack of talent has limited their organization’s productivity and efficiency”.
As an IT Director I disagree with the above statement. If companies are willing to pay for the talent and not try to cut salaries and benefits during poor economic times they would have no problem finding good talent. A good IT staff with the ability to streamline business processes with technology help lowers overhead and would allow the company weather this perfect economic storm and pay for themselves tenfold.
