Steve Hannaford

Steve Hannaford, editor of Docucrunch.com, is also the editor-in-chief of Better Buys for Business, a series of ten annual guides that review office products from copiers to printers to scanners.
He has over twenty five years’ experience in writing about computer technology, the printing industry, workflow, and office equipment. He is the author or co-author of several books, including Workflow Reengineering (Adobe Press, 1996), Teams and the Graphic Arts Service Provider (Prentice-Hall, 1999), and Market Domination (Praeger, 2007).
He has worked as a consultant in the graphic arts industry and has spoken frequently at industry conferences in that field. He was the co-editor of two prize-winning graphic-arts oriented newsletters, MacPrePress and The GASP Report. He was also a contributing editor and columnist for such publications as MacWeek, Publish, Step-by-Step Graphics, and American Printer.
