Video: Going green requires buy-in from the top and the bottom

In this video, an ink supplier offers tips on how businesses can get green initiatives up and running.
Recycled ink and toner supplier, InkCycle, recently posted an online video offering other businesses tips on going green.
According to Brad Roderick, executive vice president of InkCycle, there’s only one way for green initiatives to be successful: Involve employees.
For that to work, you need buy-in from the top, who will then get their teams excited. Roderick recommends managers lead brainstorming sessions to help employees develop initiatives.
